DHL Cargo Plane Crashes Near Vilnius Airport: All Occupants Survive

In the early hours of the morning at 03:30 GMT, a DHL cargo plane operated by SWIFT Airlines crashed near Vilnius Airport, Lithuania, narrowly avoiding a catastrophic disaster. The aircraft, which had originated from Leipzig, Germany, encountered difficulties during its approach to Vilnius. Shortly before reaching the runway, the plane crashed into a residential area approximately 1.3 kilometers from the airport. Despite the severity of the incident, all occupants on board miraculously survived.

 

In a dramatic turn of events, the plane struck a house during the crash, causing structural damage. Residents of the house were unharmed, although they were left shaken by the sudden impact.
